Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8AM to 6:30PM (last session begins at 6:30PM) and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM to 2:30PM.

Please note that if you are pregnant at the time of your appointment, you must be 13 or more weeks along. Otherwise, you will need a note from your doctor. We appreciate your understanding.

James River Massage Therapy Policies:

We charge $35 for appointments that are missed or canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

We charge $35 for returned checks.

Coupons and Gift Certificates must be present at the time of the appointment.

Late clients will happily be seen, but appointments will end at the scheduled time.

Your treatment will not be discussed with any other party without your written and expressed consent.

We will gladly provide itemized receipts upon request for submission to Health Savings Plans or special insurance reimbursement plans.

We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.
